ORDER PROCESSING TIME  
All orders are processed within 24–72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during high order volumes or unforeseen circumstances.

SHIPPING DESTINATION  
At this time, we only ship within the United States.

SHIPPING TIME  
Estimated delivery time within the United States is 5–10 business days after processing.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, high shipping volumes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

SHIPPING COSTS  
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.

TRACKING  
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION  
We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses. Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate before completing your purchase.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES  
If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at discoveraleo@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.
