Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, please contact us at discoveraleo@gmail.com. Please contact us before returning any item. Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide the appropriate return address and detailed return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return outside the European Union, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Damages and issues  
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items  
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges  
The fastest way to ensure you receive the correct item is to return the original item (if approved) and place a new order separately.

European Union 14-day right of withdrawal  
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason without justification. The item must be returned in reasonable condition. Customers are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.

Refunds  
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
